Junior Kitchen group will meet this week on Wednesday at 3pm ONLY if students have returned permission forms and 10$ Club Fee. See Mrs. Bettger with forms, money and/or questions.
Core Culinary Club members should plan to meet Tuesday at 3pm in Room 239. We will be discussing plans for our upcoming catering events - Challenge Day Volunteer Appreciation on Thursday, Nov. 5th and the DCVI Academic Awards Banquet on Thursdady, Nov. 12th.
In addition, we will begin preparing desserts for these two events. See you there!
This week we will be making pizza dough from scratch and experimenting with topping combinations. Bring a clean container or ziploc bag (larger size, but not huge) to take home some dough.
Attention all Culinary Club Members: Plan to stay after school on Wednesday. Miss Jewson will lead us in the preparation of three flavours of biscuits. Please bring a container to take home some samples!
