Students Applying for Cooperative Education or OYAP

If you selected Coop or OYAP on your course option sheet for the upcoming school year beginning September 2008, you must pick up an application package from Guidance this week.  Inside the package will be an application form for the program. This form is to be completed and brought to your interview. Please be sure to complete the entire form. Do not leave any line blank.

Also inside the package, will be 2 teacher reference forms for you to distribute. Select 2 teachers that you feel will give you a positive recommendation for this program. Current teachers are preferred, however, teachers from last semester may also be selected.

All interviews will occur at 9:00am on Friday April 18, 2008 in the Small Gym. It is your responsibility to inform your classroom teacher well in advance of the interview day.

Your ability to follow these simple instructions will reflect on acceptance into the program.
