Track and Field - March 28 to April 1

Yes!  We finally get to practice this week!  I'll see everyone tomorrow morning (be ready to go at 7:00 am).  We will also be practicing Wednesay morning and Thursday after school.  Be ready for an outdoor run.  Bring different shoes for our indoor workouts.  It's fun- really!

Yes, I would like to hold a practice today after school.

I am away all day at a badminton tournament but hope to be back at 3:00 or just slightly later.

We will be meeting in the small gym.

Please listen to the announcements at the end of the day.  If I'm not going to be back on time, I will have an announcement made to cancel practice.

Due to the weather, T&F and Jr Badminton practices have been canceled.  Stay tuned for more information, especially about the badminton tournament tomorrow in Stratford.

Junior Badminton News

Try-outs for the Boys for the Junior Badminton team have been extended.  The final try-out will be held on Monday, March 21, after school.  The list for the girls is posted in the change room.  All are expected at practice on Monday.

We have a tournament in Stratford on Thursday!  We can take just eight players (4 girls and 4 boys).  We will be driving and so I will need another parent to help out.  We will be leaving the school about 7:45 am and hope to be back by 3:00 pm.  Please ask to see if someone at home can help out.

We hope that everyone had a good break and did well on exams but it's time to get back at it.

The next practice is on Monday, February 7, 2011. 

The next tournament is on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 in Clinton at St. Anne's!

Hope that you are well rested because we are going hard Monday morning at 7:00 am!

COPE Closed During Exams

The COPE Program will be closed during the examination period at DCVI.  It will be closed starting Wednesday, January 26 and will re-open on Thursday, February 3.

Welcome Back - Midget Girls Volleyball

It's almost 2011!!!! Wow!  I hope that everyone had a great holiday.

It's almost Monday and that means - you guessed it - volleyball practice.  We play on January 12th and so yes, we need to get back into the swing of things.  So ..... see you all bright and early (remember to be ready to go by 7:00 am) on the 3rd!
