Introduction to Sociology - Using Infotrac

Using what Mrs. Hushen has taught you today about using Infotrac, you should research each of the following theorists. Write down what you learn about each theorist (such as biographical information or the type of research that this theorist has performed) and provide an APA citation for each source. You should Infotrac only to find sources of information.

Theorists:

1. Erik Erikson

2. Jane Loevinger

3. Jeffrey Arnett

4. Klaus Riegel

5. Leonard Pearlin

1/2 cup butter

1/4 tsp. salt

1 cup flour

4 eggs

Add butter to boiling water, heat up to boiling again, add salt. Add flour all at once, stir over heat until smooth. Coo until mixture leaves side of pan. Do not overcook.

Cool slightly, add unbeaten eggs, one at a time. Stir until smooth after each egg. Beat until mixture is glossy.  Chill.

Place spoonfuls on lightly buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 425 F for 30 - 40 minutes.

Do not open oven door during the first 30 minutes.

Cool, cut opening in side and fill with whipped cream, glaze with melted chocolate if desired.

(If fat oozes from puffs during baking, the mixture was cooked too long before the eggs were added.)
