Canadian Sport For Life
Canadian Sport for Life (CS4L) is a movement to improve the quality of sport and physical activity in Canada. CS4L links sport, education, recreation and health and aligns community, provincial and national programming.
You can email me your responses at - ianmoor@fc.amdsb.ca
Go to the following website, http://www.canadiansportforlife.ca/, and answer the following questions.
1. At the top of the site, go to “Learn CS4L-LTAD” and click on the link “LTAD Stages”.
Write a brief summary highlighting the key points for each of the 8 stages.
2. At the top of the site, go to “Learn CS4L-LTAD” and click on the link, . Go to the section labelled “Excellences Takes Time” and write a brief summary with emphasis on the 10-year, 10,000 hours.
